Service description
LoopLink LAN is a local-network file and text transfer tool maintained by an individual developer. It helps you discover, approve, send, receive, and save content between reachable devices. It does not provide cloud file hosting, account storage, or an always-online transfer service.
Acceptable use
You may transfer only content you own, are permitted to use, or otherwise have the right to handle. Do not use the app to infringe rights, distribute unlawful content, attack devices or networks, or violate applicable laws or platform rules.
Network and security
Device transfer uses an authenticated encrypted connection. Browser link sharing temporarily serves an unencrypted HTTP download from your device. Use link sharing only on trusted local networks, verify recipients, and stop sharing when finished. Network configuration, router isolation, firewalls, and third-party devices can affect connectivity.
Your content and backups
You retain your rights in transferred content and remain responsible for its legality and for keeping backups. LoopLink LAN creates no cloud copy of transferred content and is not a backup service. Check the destination device and save location before sending, overwriting, saving, or deleting files.
Updates and availability
The app may be temporarily unavailable because of system updates, network restrictions, device capabilities, or maintenance. We may fix issues, adjust features, stop supporting older systems, or discontinue parts of the service, with notice where reasonably practical.
Third-party services
The app relies on operating-system file, network, and security capabilities and uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for basic usage measurement and crash diagnosis. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy rules. See the privacy policy for data-handling details.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as is and is not guaranteed to operate continuously or without error across every device, system, and network combination. Keep independent backups of important files. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for product, platform-rule, or legal changes and will show the new effective date here. Continuing to use an updated version means you accept the revised terms; otherwise, stop using and uninstall the app. Questions can be sent to 3505772@gmail.com.
